Small-batch spirits, made by hand on the Santa Cruz coast

Copper-still vodka, gin, rum, whiskey and aquavit — distilled in small lots, foraged from the shoreline, and poured in our tasting room on Wharf Road.

Made by hand

Eleven barrels, one set of hands, and a lot of patience

We are a true small-batch distillery — no shortcuts, no neutral spirit trucked in from elsewhere. Every drop is fermented, distilled and aged here, a stone's throw from the water. Our distiller makes each cut by nose and palate, the way it has always been done.

The result is a lineup of spirits that taste of this place: salt air in the oak, foraged botanicals in the gin, coastal minerality in the vodka.

Lighter on the coast

Distilling like we plan to stay

Our spent grain goes to farms up the valley, our glass is recycled and refillable, and the roof that powers the still is covered in solar. We forage rather than ship, and we measure every batch against the water we draw it from.
